A pregnant mother possesses certain inherent rights that are natural intrinsic rights which enjoy affirmative protection under the Constitution of the United States, and under the laws or Constitution of the State of Mississippi; that among these rights are the fundamental rights of the pregnant mother to her relationship with her child; her fundamental right to make decisions that insure the well-being of her child; and her interest in her own health and bodily integrity.
I will say it one more time with feeling: THE LEGISLATURES ARE NOT ACTING IN THE BEST INTEREST IN WOMEN. INSTEAD, THEY ARE RAPING WOMEN BY FORCING THEM TO CARRY AN UNWANTED PREGNANCY TO TERM. If they were acting in the best interest of women, they would have a law that would allow the woman to get an abortion anytime she wants it. I will say this again: FORCING A WOMAN TO CARRY AN UNWANTED PREGNANCY TO TERM IS SEXUAL ASSAULT, PLAIN AND SIMPLE.
Now here is the part of the bill I define as sexual assault of a woman:
The right and duty of the state to protect and preserve the life of the unborn
child cannot co-exist with the right or duty to destroy that life by the
physician.
So, Mississippi says that it is their right to invade women's privacy. One more reason why Mississippi is the WORST state in the Union for women and girls to live in. They also have the highest infant mortality rate in the nation. The infant mortality rate for black babies in Mississippi is 14.7 -- nearly 15 per 1,000 live births. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if they also have the highest maternal mortality rate. But as I uncovered with Nicaragua a few months ago, we all know that the hospitals in Mississippi will cover-up the deaths of all women who died during childbirth.
